"Remember EPA employee John Beale, who didn't show up for work for a couple
of years, and filed false expense reports for travel...who is now in jail?
He told his EPA boss that he was an operative for the CIA, and his absences
were for 'Company business." And EPA believed it, and never checked his
story! EPA didn't miss him, because he did NOTHING! And get this: He was
EPA's top 'Climate Change" expert! But I bet he was only one of hundreds
that do nothing at EPA, and draw a salary! Working for EPA, and drawing
a salary should be grounds for alleging fraud!"
