对于一个国家，国会设置成gun free zone，派一个连的保卫丝毫没有压力。所有国家
都这么干。
所有学校每个配一个连试试？

所有教师必须一定比例以上隐蔽式持枪。之后四十几年再没有这种破事了。

现在德州有17%还是13的学校，尤他全州，已经采用了以色列方案，这一次德州的案子
恰恰也不在这个范围。

the simple fact that the article quotes a source that ranks New York gun
laws grade A shows plenty liberal bias. I m in New York, the New York SAFE
act is such a mess,
it bans "muzzle breaks" not "muzzle brakes".
it bans thumb hole grips on shot guns but lifted the previous ban on pistol
grips. for pete's sake, pretty much the only purpose for a thumb hole grip
on a shot gun is because pistol grips were banned but people found a loop
hole to get around that.
it banned any magazines holding more than 7 rounds, only to realized it did
not give a law enforcement exempt so all police hand guns became illegal
over night. NY democrats had to hold an emergency vote at 2am to add the
exemption. the clause was struck down as unconstitutional.
the ammo purchase database was so difficult to set up that the state all but
abandoned it.
all but a few county sheriffs in the state openly announced that they will
NOT enforce the SAFE act.
it is a cluster fuck. giving grade A to a law that had part of it struck
down by a federal court as unconstitutional is moronic and shows extreme
bias.
and guess what, several local gun makers appears and prospered by
manufacturing SAFE act compliant AR-15s, or AR-15, AK-47 conversion kits.

That grading system just might very well rank El Salvador's gun law better
than most US states.
in El Salvador:
not a guaranteed right, "better" than New York.
autos banned, same as New York
license needed to own semis, to own hand guns, to buy ammo, "better" than
New York.
all firearms registered, "better" than New York.
back ground check, same as New York
mental health check, health check, "better" than New York.
training required, "better" than New York.
minimal 21 to buy, 24 to carry "better" than New York.
relicence, requalify every 3 years, "better" than New York.
gun free zone in schools, hotels, restaurants, on and on and on, "better"
than New York.
