primary. It is important to choose between two republican candidate in
Governor's race
1. John Cox
2. Travis Allen
the reason it is important:
1. only top 2 of all candidates from both parties will compete in general
election so there is a risk that no republican candidate will make it to
compete in November general election if the votes are split
2. It is important for republican party to get at least one candidate to run
in general election because it will encourage more republican supporter to
go out to vote in general election. Even though they don't think they can
win the governor, those people will be more likely to vote other offices in
the ballet in favor of republican party
I know my rational choice should be John Cox:
1. he has higher poll number
2. Trump endorsed him
However, after research on both candidates, I feel personally Travis Allen
is much better candidate and will have a chance to beat Gavin Newsom in
General Election. He is much more passionate and energetic comparing to low
energy John Cox. He feels like a bad ass street fighter and you don't want
to play safe when fighting a uphill battle. Reading the comments from news
post and youtube videos, Allen was supported overwhelmingly among
conservative voters. People are say they see John Cox was driving around the
neighborhood for compain while Allen was walking on the street to talk to
people. So I don't really trust the poll.
I will vote for whoever among them that can make it to general election. I
know I am taking a risk that maybe none of them will make it to top 2, but I
will not regret |

This is my first election after citizenship so want to make it memorable. :) |
