highways, airports, and dams. I said I swear on my dog's grave that I will
make Mexicans pay. You bought it and voted for me. After taking office, I
turned around and said, look, these are all important infrastructure, they
are good for America. Let's not dwell on who pays for what, why not you guys
just pay for everything with money out of your pockets? For the sake of
