It violates the first Amendment cos the government is given the authority to
punish people for their speech and legal activity. It s a minority report
shit show
It violates 2nd amendment that people’s right to keep arm can be
infringed
upon all while he committed no crimes
It violates the 4th amendment against unlawful search and seizure. Warrants
must be issued on PROBABAL cause.
It violates the 6th amendment for the right to face the accuser.
Due process and limiting the government power on private citizens is an
extremely important part of the bill of rights.
