Now several institute like ION in shanghai, Biophysics institute in Beijing
and life sciences in Shanghai are the best.
For Structual biology or biophysics field in USTC, it is not the best in China
always, and now it can't compare with Qinghua.
For previous chair Tiande shou, he choose to go back to Fudan just because he
feel himeself old and want to be home. His level is also so so. The following

发帖数: 294 | 3 光从publication上看，也没觉得复旦比科大强多少。
复旦比科大目前强一点的地方是IF 10以上的文章比科大多一些，其实也没几篇。
如果没有合并上医的话，复旦就publication而言怕是要排到科大后头去了。

科大生物研究水平确实一般。北大清华现在狠命砸钱在生物口，过4-5年效果就体现出来
了。周专和徐天乐我比较了解，感觉周的水平应该是愿意全职回去的里面很不错的了，最
近Nature Neurosci, Neuron, PNAS连续发了几篇文章，全部是本土工作（没有任何海外
关系的那种），纯国内实验室做到周这个水平的屈指可数。不过他比较能跳，这不又跳到
北大建一个分子医学所了。

发帖数: 777 | 8 总感觉学校在引进人才方面的气魄不够大，很多百人，但没有那种领军式的人物。
当年华工的校长和党委书记为了把岛上的一个院士请回去，来了很多次合肥，但科大领导
总是觉得人才会自己找上门来。有的校友联系，校内的一些领导还爱搭不理。
