发帖数: 626 | 6 This is typical tactic by so called "professional" from USTCIF, a
simple dinner to exchange info can be reported as "Formal Meeting"
with so called "agreement".
Any real negotiation between AF and IF happened after August 2007
when Mr. Joe Liu demanded Zhang Shangyou to transfer "USTCIF subfund"
money (note: legal asset belong to USTCAF) but refuse to disclose
who should receive this money.
It is against USTCAF tradition of transparent operation to issue
award without knowing awardee name and award amount.
BTW, I do not represent any foundation and I no longer work for any
foundation, but I am sick of seeing half truth (being polite here)
being posted everywhere to mislead people.
I will delete these posts AFTER Mr. Joe Liu delete the misleading
statment in his website.

计；而新创起码每年都有公之于众的外部审计。
如果af肯作外部审计，那我会继续给af捐款的。 |

不会有CPA的签字，查验的项目也少很多。
另一方面，AF所有的账目都是（面向会员）公开的，虽然目前的网页上的内容不太直观
。这样又离大家对于账户的要求（每一笔进来的和出去的都有记录和名目供检核）能有
多远呢？

不可读的。而且审计不仅仅是账面做平。打个比方我年初取出10万美金炒股，年尾补回
去，不做审计谁能看出来？不是说AF之前财务有问题，只是以此为例说明没有审计的财
务是多么的危险和不可靠。
