11月14日截止。请各位校友基金会会员积极参选。
如果参选人数没有达到327人的话，该选举将作废。根据“USTCAF Bylaw 2011”选举
委员会必须另外组织一次选举，重新提名候选人，大多数现在的候选人将不能再次参选。
这些会使校友基金会的运行停顿至少三个月的时间。所以请各位会员在各自的校友圈内互
相提醒，在未来两个星期内及时投票。谢谢大家。

This is the email ballot for the Election 2011 of USTCAF.
Please take a little patience and read through the whole message.
VOTING PERIOD:
(1) From 00:00 on November 1, 2011 to 23:59 November 14, 2011, both in
USA Eastern Time.
(2) Your email ballot outside the time frame above will be IGNORED.
ELECTION QUORUM:
(1) The election quorum is 327 ballots, one per voter, who are USTCAF
members with eligible right of vote.
(2) If there are less than 327 qualified votes, this election will be
annouced a failure and a re-election will have to be organized in
accordance with Bylaws 2011.
(3) Please help remind your circle of friends who are also USTCAF
members to vote within the 2-week time frame.
(4) If you are not sure about your membership status and right of vote,
