我想说的是，不管这两个人领域差多远（好歹都还在EECS这个学科内，我在这点上不作
过多纠缠）
假设都是他们本领域的顶级杂志和会议，
如果有人去拿一个刚毕业的博士生的publication去质疑一个院长的水平，
如果我是那个院长，我早辞职了。。。
就算你这个院长不是学术型院长，是找钱、找人才型的，
给计算机学院找两个“千人”，找两个IEEE或者ACM Fellow来做教授，我也佩服您唉
像那些信息学院、地空学院，都在广进人才，深刻发展；计算机学院却在固步自封，不
思进取。。。
您觉得呢？

在任何一个CS conference rank list，还是NRC的CS系排名conference list上，我都
找不到第一个作者发表的paper的那些conference。。。
或许第一个作者做的那些东西领域太狭窄了，相信大部分计算机学院学生都不认识这些
杂志和会议。
