universities in China. If I were the leader of THU/PKU and with the money in
hand, I would also try to get the best
people to the university. That is the easiest and efficient thing they
can do. As long as they can get good people, to the hell with USTC. Of
couse, they don't care. If we had money and good location, we would also like
to get good people for PKU, THU or
other universities. So it is not their problem at |
