Lone peak, a 11,253ft peak, consider one of the most strenuous day hike in
the wasatch area in Utah. The easiest route is from Jacobs ladder trail (at
5600ft) from Draper side.
We originally plan to hike from the recent renovated Orson Smith trailhead
but after asking around we drive another 2~3 miles to reach the Jacobs
ladder trailhead. But the start time is already 8:00AM which is far behind
the 7:00AM plan.

有些unmaintained trail真的很难走，比预期的要费很多的时间。我们上次走brigton
ridge run，2个peak之间的那段是走的痛苦异常。。。 |

发帖数: 1235 | 6 这次我觉得还是准备不够充分. 就是后来找路, 等人花了很多时间. 没trail还是很痛
苦的, 特别是开路的那个. 幸好我那次不是. 一起走的一位女士最后脚上打了三个泡.
明年一起走吧, 我觉得体力上我们几个应该都没什么问题.
