a policy and it is a new policy. I hope it is still in time to correct
myself and didn't give you any trouble.

original country. That is what I was told.
Of course, if your passport has a H1B visa stamp, you can go anywhere.

I asked my own lawyer who is handling my GC. She told me that you need to go
back your home country for the visa ONLY IF you are overstayed a visa or
have been denied a visa. If not, you are fine.

at the home country consulate. But since I got my H1B in USA (from F1 to
H1B) several months ago, I guess my situation is different from this guy?
