墨西哥驻华大使到广州推介旅游
本报讯 昨日，墨西哥驻华大使豪尔赫·瓜哈尔多在广州驻穗总领事馆召开了媒体
见面会，发布了一
些赴墨西哥旅游的利好消息，他希望能够吸引更多的广东游客到墨西哥旅游，以实现墨
西哥今年接待10
万中国游客的目标。
瓜哈尔多透露，为了方便中国游客赴墨西哥旅游，墨西哥领事馆将过去15个工作日
的签证缩短到现
在的3天，同时签证者只需跑两趟领事馆就可以拿到签证。从今年5月1日起，凡是申请
了美国签证的中国
游客，不需要申请墨西哥签证也可以进入墨西哥，任何从美国入境墨西哥的游客不需要
再申请墨西哥签

With the purpose of facilitating and promoting travel to Mexico, starting
May 1st, 2010:
1) All foreign visitors that arrive in Mexico on flights directly from
the United States as tourists, on business or in transit to a third
country will not require a Mexican visa, regardless of their country of
citizenship, as long as they have a valid passport and their boarding
pass. This does not apply to foreigners who enter Mexico by land.
