回去看看父母。LD的公司正在打广告，准备申请GC。LC申请还未提交,大概下个月提交
。大家有知道这种情况反签回来的机会大吗？

immigration is in progress, eventhough we will just start to apply labor
certificate in Aug.

面的例子多得话，多少也可以乐观一些嘛 。。。
也许您不觉得这个问题是问题，但对我可能是。我想没有什么缺不缺心眼的吧？ 呵呵

I 485 is not immigrant petition, it's adjustment of status, only for people
already in US
your immigrant petition is I140 or I 130.

H4拒签是你的材料有假 |
