I had H1B and was laid off last friday, and the company said they will
inform immigration next Monday. How soon i need to file my change to F-2
status. If I find a job during F-2 pending, how do I stop the f-2 processing
and ask immigration to transfer my H1b? Do I have to go back to china to
get h1b visa?
