print them out. So I just mailed the invitation letter and bank statements (
some of them can also be sent via email and printed out directly) that need
my signature using the regular first class mail. According to USPS, it will
take one day for the mail to fly from US to China but they can't guarantee
more after that. Anyway, it's really cheap, no more than 1 dollar. My mom
got it in about 2-3 weeks (including the spring festival holiday in between)
