The situation is that she is in China and the company is preparing the H1-B
application on 4/1. At the mean time, the company also asks when she can
come back.
We have no idea about the application of H1-B in China. The most urgent
questions are
1). When can she apply for H1-B Visa in China?
2). When can she come back to US using H1-B visa?
Anyone knows, please help. |

to apply H1-B visa? For example, can she schedule the interview on July if
she got the I797 form?
