府出具的“出生证明公证”，所以我只好打了个电话去州政府（我在宾州）询问事宜。
以糟糕的口语对练了好久，终于弄清楚了，希望能给其它需要的筒子们提供帮助（其它

PA是支持邮件办理的，所需材料如下：
PA State Notarization of Birth Certificate
Application via mail:
1. Write a piece of paper, on which you should provide your/your spouse's
NAME, US ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, WHICH COUNTRY your child will go. (State
department want this information to contact you)
2. A ORIGINAL COPY of your child's PA Birth Certificate
You'd better to apply another original copy of birth certificate before mail
it.
3. A Personal Check or Money Order. Application fee is $15/case.
4. A PREPAID Envolop should be attached in your mail.
You can bought it and arrange all the documents in an US Post-Office or UPS.
The salesclerk will assist you.
5. Mail to:

Harrisburg, PA 17120
6. Usually the first day they get it, the next day they will notarize it. Or
you can phone the apartment @ (717)787-5280 to check the status of your
application.
7. No need of the local notarization in your living area. |
