time granted ... ? " 是选 yes 还是 no ?
对以后申请绿卡会有影响吗?

explicit expiration date on it, hence you were out of status when your
unemployment time during OPT exceeds 90 days, but you're NOT unlawfully
present or overstayed the amount of time granted.

the amount of time granted by an immigration official or otherwise violated
the terms of a U.S. visa? ”，在I-94标明D/S的情况下，out of status应该不算
unlawful presence或者overstay,但是算不算violate the terms of a US visa? 如果
算的话，填了yes是不是会给自己找麻烦？或者反之，填了no而被发现实际上是violated
visa terms的话, 是不是麻烦更大？

发帖数: 15689 | 8 out of status should be considered as violation the terms of a US visa, so
should answer "yes". If out of status is only a few days and an honest
mistake, answering "yes" shouldn't preventing you from getting a visa.
