发帖数: 15689 | 2 Apply for OPT and you will be get a 1-year EAD; you may get another 17-month
extension of OPT after this 1 year. Check with the international student
office of your university for details.

me any OPT.

发帖数: 15689 | 4 Whether apply for OPT or not is up to you, the university has no
responsibility to do it for you if you didn't request. If you have graduated
for more than 2 months, you cannot apply for OPT based on the master degree
any more. You can apply for pre-completion OPT based on your current PhD
after one-year full-time study.
