发帖数: 34 | 1 I found on a website that says the old visa will be cancelled when one
applies for a new visa and it's part of the application process.
According to the new requirement I need to submit 160 form before making a
reservation for interview ( I have only two weeks vacation time in Shang Hai
and it seems too tight to use Zhong(1) Xin(4) Dai(4) Qian(1) ). I wonder if
my old visa will already be canceled once the 160 form is submitted?
I heard cases that they don't let you make a reservation if u r eligible for
Dai(4) qian(1). Originally I thought the worst case is I can still use my
old visa, which hasn't expired, to come back to US. However, if they cancel
my old visa once I submit 160 form, and then refuse to make a reservation
for me, thats big trouble.
Does anyone have more information on that?
