发帖数: 121 | 1 My conference in Canada is only one month away from now.
I just found out that the DC office of Canada Embassy no longer
processes visitor visa application to Canada. This was effective probably
since last June and I was not aware of that until this afternoon.
Based on the information at MITBBS and others' experience, I thought I
can just walk into the office with application forms and get the visa right
away.
Now it seems I have to mail my application to NYK and this process may
take more than one month. But our conference is only one month away from now
!
Any ideas about what I should do ? Thanks a lot in advance.

? I think their website still gives in person application procedure.
I could be wrong, but I just wonder why you think they don't accept it any
more. |

发帖数: 21 | 5 现在只有LA和NYC了。而且旅游签证这两个地方都差不多1个月左右，甚至更长。
LZ现在马上网上申请吧， 等拿到PASSPORT REQUEST时再看看时间来不来得及吧。 |
