发帖数: 163 | 1 女朋友8,9月份想B2过来。她去年的时候也来过，当时给签证官说的是去玩，但是机票
订的是到我这里，后来过海关的时候海关看她的机票，说她不是旅游的，后来我女友还
是老实说是来看我的，最后还是让她入关了，不过只给了她一个月的时间。当时是按时
回去了的。PS，女友以前也去过英国，欧洲那些国家。
想问下应该给签证官以及海关怎么说呢？ 咋子说海关才有可能给大约3个月时间呢？
还有她来这里我们结婚她下次回国F2签证好签吗？主要是我比较忙，没时间回国的，所
以才想在这边结婚的。 |

发帖数: 3015 | 7 为什么不直接办F2啊，你这样用B2待得时间长了又会被怀疑abuse B2签证了。直接上F2
不是省很多事情，想待多久待多久。

发帖数: 109 | 8 Your gf will be allowed into the US as long as she had non-immigrant intent
when she entered the US. F2 status is not a visa. with that status, she can
stay in the US with you. However, once she leaves the US, she will need to
get F2 visa to re-enter the US.
