I我的H1B延期，一个月前,刚批准。Together with the approval notice, 律师有一封
信给我们的HR.
In the letter, under "If the Beneficiary is in the U.S.", there are: "If the
Beneficiary has a valid a visa, he/she may use that visa upon returning
from travel outside the U.S. to be re-admitted in to the U. S. for the
remainder of the validity period of the visa. When the visa expires, and if
the foreign national will be travelling abroad with the intention of
returning ot the U.S> under this classification and during the period
authorized, he/she must apply for a new visa, to be valid for the remainder
of the validity period of the Notice, either before departing the U.S.
through the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C., or after departing
the U.S. at a U.S. consulate abroad prior to returning to the U.S. For more
information on how to obtain a visa through the U.S. Department of State,
visit <http://travel.state.gov/revals/html>
其中有一句话，使我想到：有可能,在美国，回去之前，拿到回美签证吗？
either before departing the U.S. through the U.S. Department of State in
Washington, D.C.,or...
is it possible? 我原先想， 一定是要在国内才能签的。有可能吗？

但是，一旦被check，不能回美国，只能在Canada或者Mexico等，1-3个月啊。

免面签的条件，则可以把护照和材料都寄到国内，然后通过国内的代传递免面签系统，
完成签证，然后再把有新签证的护照寄回给你。不过也有可能，因为你的之前的签证没
有入境章，你的I-94没交回，所以你的状态显示你还在美国，如果签证官对此有所顾虑
，可能因此要求你面签。而且，代传递时间比较长，可能数月才能拿回护照。 | c**p

又想还有可能吗？now i know it is not possible.

that was cancelled around 2003. I got H1 visa at DOS St. Louis Center using
this revalidation in the beginning of the century. |
