的机票取消了，但是返回中国的机票没有取消。我想等我妈情况好转了再定来美机票。
我可以先退票，再买机票。这样要交$250退票费，机票全款会退回到信用卡里。如果改
期，就要交$250改期费+差价。我用来支付机票的chase信用卡有trip cancellation
coverage
. 请问这种情况想提高claim成功的几率是应该先退票再买票，还是直接改票？ 差价
能报吗？
