COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - More than 550 teams will descend on Atlanta, Ga.,
for the 75th edition of the USA Open Volleyball Championships, hosted by USA
Volleyball, the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Southern
Region, May 29-June 5.
A record 556 teams will invade the city and compete in 30 separate
tournaments. Thirty-two (32) teams from the local Southern Region will
compete in the event, which is free and open to the public.

发帖数: 317 | 2 many of vb friends i know in the club are going there -- play in BB.
the AA division in the nationals is definitely fun to watch. you should be
able see quite a few ex-nationals, ex-NCAA (either US or from south american
countries). and they can be very young, like 25 yrs, not like our chinese
ex-nationals.
and this year's junior nationals are in Texa in end of June.

2nd best.
There are 3 teams from my local town goes to the national playing in men's
B,BB, and AA. what's your friends team name? you may get the team name/result
from the web site.

has AA as highest level. certainly open division is even more competitive.
The "creole big apple club", registered in club division, are well-known club
in eastcoast .

BTW, that "creole big apple club" also has a team playing in open.

发帖数: 317 | 6 以前我的队友讲过，六个老外往场上一站，就把场地站满了。
曾经看过"creole"的决赛，那次是在Temple的小馆打，比篮球馆大些，还就是那感觉。“
六个高大老外把场地站满了”， 一点也不差。馆子小也有原因，球扣下来，感觉不用移
动也会砸到人。
看过RUSSIAN 男队在上海万体观的比赛，万体观很大了，练球时球也能弹上看台的十层以
上。
难怪fivb要改球，改rule。。。推广U-VOlley.
