taking train is expensive.
if you wanna a week-tour(Monday--Friday) in DC,
i have a friend he works in Baltimore, but his family in Morgantown,
every monday he leaves WV and friday noon go back home.
if you pay some money for the ride, i can ask him whether he can give you
the ride, you or your friend may know him or his wife. |

I dont think your parents are able to visit DC by themselves without guide-
