A coastal storm is currently moving up the coast. Right now the edge of the
snow is on a line just north of Charlottesville to Harrisonburg to Richmond
. This area of snow is moving north and should move into the Baltimore area
in the late morning hours or around lunchtime. All of the metro area
should start out as snow and could stay as all snow during the afternoon
rush hour. Snow could mix in with some sleet between 5 and 7 pm and could
become all rain after 8 pm.
