Will work near Dupont Circle.
Female graduate student and young professional. Clean, quiet, good living
habbits, don't smoke, alcohol-free,reliable and easy going.
Need:
Look for a house room rent or an independent bedroom. Need furnitures, internet
provided, share kitchen and bathroom. The room shouldn't be one hour
further than Dupont Circle one way.
Price range:
300~400+ based on distance and conditions,negotiable. (can't afford a lot for rent, the
cheaper the better.)
