%; while Maryland has 30% AA statewide, Prince George County has 35%. People
in NY always think they have too many of them, so they have higher
expectation to other states. But the reality is cruel...
And here is the 2007 1st QT living cost index, VA is the best of the three:
State Rank Index Groceries Housing Utilities Transportation Health Care Misc
MD 45 126.4 107.6 171.3 122.5 113.9 107.4 104.4
VA 32 103.9 99.7 111.

also, md's population in 06 is approx. 5mil, then 5milx30%=1.5mil blacks.
while nyc's population is approx. 8milx30%=2.4mil. that's just registed
people, we are not even counting millions of undocumented jamaicans & other
banana republicans. furthermore, md is a state whereelse nyc is a city.
if one wants to say va is better than md, just say so. putting out some BS

发帖数: 376 | 8 我不是要比较MD和VA. 我想比较MD和VA在DC周围的城市比如Rockville, Gaithersburg,
fairfax, Reston.
MD很多的AA都生活在的其他地方, 比如说Baltimore.

仅比较NOVA和DC附近马里兰地区
差不多, 个人浅见
VA稍高
吃在MD, 居住环境差不多, 马里兰黑人多点是事实, VA的黑人都在南部,离NOVA太远
区别不大, VA即使好也比MD好不了多少
考虑以后小孩上大学? UVA, VT& W&M, 比UMD一个好多了吧?
