去年用OPT申请的马州驾照， 可是今年OPT也过期了，用H1B I797能申请得到RENEW吗
？ 如果不行的话就得考虑去别的州去申请驾照了。 |

发帖数: 1005 | 4 You are wrong. As a foreigner, the i94 is always needed. And it determines
the expiration day they are gonna give you.

. Further more you can renew your dl by mail or internet for the first 1 or
2 times.

that, it's different.
Maybe you are wrong? Nobody asks for my i94 when I renew my dl in mva office
. Further more you can renew your dl by mail or internet for the first 1 or

(At least this is what happened to me when I tried to renew my MD DL in
Baltimore County this passing Saturday.)

holder.
