希望在DC市内或VA(比较喜欢Arlington),马里兰也可以考虑，需要在地铁沿线
二室一厅或者三室一厅，Townhouse或是SFH也可以

an agent. Try americans only. cause most chinese agents don't care this deal.
You dont' need to pay any fee for agent service, it is paid by landlord. You
will need to pay application fee to landlord once you find the one you like.
Sometimes, you do get better deal by this - larger apt etc. |
