Home is located in a very safe, quiet and nice community in Greenbelt, 12
mins drive to UMCP campus, and access to metro bus, THE BUS, and access to UM Shuttle route.

The room is available NOW.
The dimension is about 5.5 meters by 3.8 meters, much bigger than the
bedrooms. Also, one big and two small closets in the foyer(hall way) can be
used for suitcases or clothes.
Two male PHD students are living in the two bedrooms. They are neat and nice
people, cook less than 3 times a week.
The living room is NOT on the way from bedrooms to the kitchen, bathroom, or
outside door. Also, I'll put something to divide the living room from
dining room. A screen(屏风) is there to be put between foyer and living room
. So it's basically a seperate room without doors.
One parking permit is available, if you have a car.
