发帖数: 3 | 1 Subleasing a 2-bedroom 2-full-bathroom apartment at Park Station Apartments,
located in Old Town Gaithersburg. Rent is $1230 plus utilities, much lower
than the current rate which is $1390. The current lease expires at the end
of March, 2011, but you can extend if you like. The apartment will be
available at the end of November.
The apartment complex is beautiful and quiet and I really enjoyed living
here. Some highlights about the apartment:
• 928 square feet with a good floor plan
• 9-foot ceiling which is higher than most apartments
• The 2 bedrooms, living room and the balcony all face south so there
’s plenty of sunlight
• 2 full bathrooms; The 2nd bathroom can be used as a private bath for
the 2nd bedroom, which is perfect for roommates sharing apartment
• Full-size washer and dryer in apartment
• Garage parking with controlled access
• Fully applianced kitchen
• Ample closet space; walk-in closet in master bedroom
Some highlights about the community:
• Great location: close to Lake Forest Mall, Gaithersburg Square Mall,
NIST, etc; minutes away from Fredrick Ave (Rt 355) and I-270; within
walking distance to Marc train station;
• Clubhouse with entertainment room and billiards room
• Swimming pool with lounging deck
• 24-hour gym
• Picnic area
• Optional on-site storage areas
• Pets friendly
