卧室和两个卫生间, 有洗衣机和烘干机， 房子很新很干净（我已经全部打扫国，是我

地铁站（ Shady Grove Station）0.7mile， 离大中华中国店１mile左右， 走路
距离（0.2mile）有美国超市，银行。可以按月租（在我们的LEASE 上，因为我们忘啦
提前６０天通知RENTAL OFFICE）也可以直接跟RENTAL OFFICE SIGN LEASE。

The following town house can be rented by month by month. Our lease end May
22nd. But we forgot to notify the rental office 60 days in advance. So have
to pay till the end of June. But you can keep renting after June. I have
talked with the Rental office, you can sign lease directly with the rental
office or rent month-by-month under my lease.
有town house,three floors, first floor is garage, second floor is living
room and kitchen, third floor is two bedrooms and two bathrooms，including
dryer and washer. The neighborhood is very good, quiet, clean, nice

Great daycare (the Goddard school) is 0.5 miles away, and Metro (Shady Grove
Station) is around 0.7 miles (there are shuttles from community to Metro
station every 5 minutes). Chinese grocery store (The Great Wall) is about 1
miles away.
