(around $80 per month for FIOS HD Cable,internet, gas & electricity).
We are on a flexible monthly lease since I've been a loyal renter for 4
years so landloard and us have been good experience with each other
Lease start date flexible and as early as late September
Location - right at Tysons Corner, the crossing of 66, 495 and 7
(Very closeto Capital One,Micro Strategy, Deloitte/PWC/KPMG, etc)
(Right beside Tysons Mall, Tysons Galleria and future metro station)
On the top (4th) floor, elevator 24 hours
Reserved Parking. Metro station is not walkable

Big window with great view, Large living room with balcony.
46" HDTV, sofa, dinning table and chairs in the living room and you don't
need
to offer any more furniture for living room. You only need to worry about
the furniture in your bedroom.

You will be share the unit with a young Chinese professional in his late 20s
, that is me.
Security deposit ($785) required at the release of keys.
Current lease is on a monthly basis, but prefer long term stay instead.
Current lease require a two month notice of move out.
Prefer non smoker, no pet.
