Hi everyone,
My roommate is moving out end of Oct and I need a new roommate to renew my
contract of a 2BR/2Baths penthouse in River Place (1111 Arlington Blvd,
Arlington, VA). I've been living in the area for more than two years now and
this apt is definitely the best in terms of location, space and cost. Once
you have seen the apt, you would love it as we do.
The apt has independent air-con system, two-door fridge, dish washer,
washing machine and dryer, many many closets and storage space. Our living
room is fully furnished. My roommate's room has its own private bath and
patio, and she can sell all her furniture to the new tenant at a cheap price.
The apt total rent is 2,695 including a garage parking spot, we don't have
car so we just split the rent 50/50, around 1,347 per person. If you don't
need the parking, the rent is 1,290, which is even lower than the River
Place studio price. And if including the parking, the rent is $1,410. The
garage parking in this area costs more than $120 and we previously rent it
at $125. We are renewing the apt on a monthly basis so I can accept flexible
rental period, but absolutely prefer an annual contract.
I am a native Chinese, female, graduated from Georgetown MBA this year and
now working in Rosslyn, Arlington. I like great food, cooking, cleaning,
traveling, reading, movies, alternative music/concerts, learning languages,
history, museums, physics, Mac, fashion, skincare... very easy-going and
