I am very quiet/clean female professional (programmer) in my 30's, came from
China 10 years ago. I mainly go to work in business hours and stay in my
own room in non-business hours, limited friends/guests visiting. I will take
the masterroom with its own bathroom. I am renting the other bedroom with
its own private bathroom in the hallway out. I do not use the living room
much, if you like, you can take as much space of the living room, get a
corner of your own office or things like that. Monthly renting is $895 (
including all) or your best offer. Only quiet/clean people are welcome.
Living term is flexible, long term or short term, 1 month in advance notice
upon leaving. Also, 1 month rent as deposit, which is refundable upon
leaving. If you are 2 persons, like a couple or 1 parent with child or 2
females, I am fine too, however, I expect the total rent to be $100 more, i.
e., monthly renting to be $995 (including all) or your best offer. The total
cost for the apartment is $1518 monthly renting, monthly utility, monthly
internet access cost, monthly rental insurance, $250 administrative fees,
risk while there is no roommate and risk to break the yearly lease.
