发帖数: 33018 | 9 NSi is seeking a motivated Major Accounts Manager with experience in
enterprise software deployments, Content Management and Workflow Software
capabilities/applications, and project management to join its team. The
work will be in a dynamic environment providing the opportunity for the
candidate to support all of NSi’s customers across many industry verticals,
with an initial focus on Federal customers, on complex and challenging
tasks.
The Major Accounts Manager will be the primary interface of NSi to our
existing major customers, focusing on project deployment planning/support
and business development within an existing customer base. We are looking
for an individual with a strong technical base, a robust project management
background, and a customer focus.
Job Responsibilities
Create and execute project work plans
Set and manage client and partner expectations
Manage day-to-day client interaction
Ensure project documents and associated work products are complete,
current, and stored appropriately
Effectively communicate relevant project information to NSi organization
and to our customers
Support business development opportunities with appropriate activities,
including proposal development, scoping, estimate, and SOW development
Act as an evangelist for the NSi product suite for key business
opportunities
Skills
Required:
5+ years of project management experience (preferably with US Federal
Government or major accounts)
Knowledge of enterprise software implementation
Passion for solving complex problems with creative and innovative
techniques
Demonstrated leadership experience
Excellent project management skills
Experience in IT Project Management or systems implementation
Understanding of technical application architecture
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Application installation/management and integration skills
The ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical and people skills
Strong Microsoft Project skills
Ability to travel at least 50%
Proven ability to effectively balance customer needs and satisfaction
with project scope and delivery timelines
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferably in business
or technical field)
Preferred:
PMP Certification
Strong technical background
Experience with document management and content management (e.g.
Microsoft SharePoint, EMC Documentum)
Existing relationships within US Federal Government
