Title: Healthcare Analyst
Reports to: Senior Manager of Sales Analytics
Education Required:
Bachelor degree in math, statistics, economics, health policy or business
related field.
Experience Required:
One to three years of experience in compiling data and performing research
and quantitative data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize assignments and independently work on
multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven team environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement new analytical tools and services.
Develop and integrate large volumes of raw, complex data from multiple
disparate sources into common databases.
Profile and conduct preliminary analyses of data to assess quality,
completeness and integrity of source data. Develop processes to clean, map
and reformat data for consistency.
Work with business team to define data requirements and participate in
ongoing planning and design of data infrastructure.
Interact with other departmental staff to efficiently integrate healthcare
analytics with other departments and activities.
Adhere to policies, procedures and programs protecting confidential and
proprietary data and information.
Qualifications/Skills:
1-3 years experience with data warehouses, relational databases, SAS, SQL
and other business intelligence applications.
1-3 years experience working with large complex databases and development of
processes to analyze, clean and transform raw data into useful actionable
information.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Self-motivated to prioritize work on multiple complex projects with ongoing
deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact collaboratively with
internal staff and develop relationships with Plans staff and consultants. |
