In 2012, the freshmen class has close to 60% Asian. This number is greater
than that in 2011. Therefore, the new regulation in fact helped Asian
applicants! The test score is only one factor, not the determinent of the
admission. That is in line with the current college application process,
which only places SAT scores at no more than 33% of the screening matrix. |

listed there are in English, I see no point writing a reply in another
language.
TJ is TJ, not 托马斯·杰斐逊高中.
Further, the required language to take SAT is not Chinese yet. To immerse
myself in the language used in SAT, I might nudge my dream of pushing my
child to a better U.S. college from conceivable to plausible. As the Chinese
saying goes, 身教重于言教,以身做则。 |

Corporation (NMSC) for 2013. Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and
