The Basement Watchdog Emergency Battery Backup Sump Pump pumps 2,000 GPH at
0 ft. of lift or 1,000 GPH at 10 ft. of lift. This convenient pump fits next
to the main AC pump and automatically begins pumping during power outages,
when the main pump fails or when water flow exceeds the capacity of the main
pump. Its unique monitoring system sounds an alarm when maintenance is
needed or a problem arises. A display panel indicator light will identify

如何买电池呢？

the page to choose from. The representative from Home Depot had to call the
company upstate for battery information |

What you need is a UPS.
You can make one very cheap using an old but working ups and just need a
deep cycle battery. (you can even use regular car battery)
I made one using a almost free apc ups (battery was bad), got myself a very
large vrla (agm) battery that was designed for train use.
Works perfect, can pump water out for one week.
You can search youtube for videos.

Ferguson. The most reliable brand is Zoeller. Cast ironed. Made in US.

You will need deep-cycle marine battery instead of regular auto battery.
(From Google) Two main types of lead-acid battery are produced: batteries
fitted in vehicles and designed to produce high amperes to crank your
vehicle's engine and deep-cycle batteries, designed to produce a constant
voltage during discharge and are fitted in golf-carts, marine vessels and
motorized wheelchairs.
UPS is something new to me. Just imagine how big/powerfull the battery will
be if it is able to pump water for one week CONSTANTLY. |

could be lower.
I guess you can get a same one as in your car, and rotate once a while b/w
car and the pump.

both on input and output if you buy one)
12v AGM VRLA batteries battery made by enersys (designed for train use).
Very large at 400 lb each, I use 2 of them. (government surplus $80)
I have never run pump 1 week straight, but I have test the system using a
1500 watt heater, after 1 full week (168 hours), I still have more than 60%
battery power left.
Yes, deep cycle is the one you want, but cheap car battery of large capacity
(AH) can also be used (just don't discharge them too deep)
