大华府Maryland Germantown/boyds暑期实习单间出租
暑期实习出租，从5月到8月，时间可以灵活。也可以根据需要延长或缩短。是一个三层
townhouse的干净整洁的房间，三楼有两个明亮房间可以出租。层高很高，住着舒
服，不压抑。房间非常干净，卫生间是2人share。洗衣机，烘干机都有。
这个区非常安全，是Germanytown附近最好的区了，环境也好。边上就有Southern
recreation park里面有很多足球场，网球场，还有library。步行多走一点，可到
North West High School（注：中文学校也在那里）及学校运动场。附近2mile左右就
有个韩国lotto超市。离mall也挺近的。
开车到Montgomery College也就10分钟，到John Hopkins University and Maryland
State Universities的 Shady Grove校区也就15-20分钟。附近比较大的公司机构有DOE
,NIST,NIH,Medimmune，Human Genome Sciences, Upper Montgomery County
Government Center, Hughes等。
有Visitor Parking，趴车很方便。
月租$530， 包水电煤，免费提供无线网络，。做菜不要油烟太大的，房子非常新。
欢迎整洁干净的单身女生来当室友。主卧住的是一个工作的女生。人很好相处。
