标 题: 有住在 Willows of Potomac 的朋友吗

正在买房，喜欢此小区的新房。
但是担心附近的 quarry 的影响。请住在此小区的朋友释疑。
1 爆破声的频率和声音大小？（网上有说）会造成地基裂缝吗？
2 灰尘多吗？
我们去看过几次房，完全没有感到有噪音和灰尘的问题。不知道是碰巧了，还是最近的
环境已经改善？
请 quarry 附近朋友指点。 |

区比较成熟，新房很少。中国人很多，所以探亲的老人总找得着伴儿。 |

发帖数: 8950 | 4 每两三天炸一次石头，都是在白天，声音要看离QUARRY远近了，应该影响不是太大。有
的时候，碎石的声音反而更容易影响附近的住户。紧靠近QUARRY的房子，有的确实有比
较明显的裂缝。
灰尘，从我的了解来说，应该没有大问题。但总体来说，粉尘是采石场的一个不可避免
的问题。

发帖数: 376 | 6 叫做“willow of potomac"的，实际上包括两大片区域，东边离采石场远，基本可以不
考虑影响；西边的townhouse基本都是紧靠采石场边缘，个人觉得必须keep it in mind
。 Another fact: 西边的房子新，双车库，但是价格比东边低。

发帖数: 2284 | 7 I think you mixed up with the followings: Procera Drive and Calabash Court.
If you mean that the 'west part' is 'Procera', those townhouses don't have
two garages. If you mean the west part to be 'Calabash', they are not lower-
priced than the townhouses in the east part.
I think both the 'Calabash' and the community adjacent to the club house are
good in terms of quarry impact. The Procera Drive townhouses are kind of
close to the quarry site. Well, in this sense, the townhouses in Potomac
Glen is also very close to the quarry, but I never heard any complaints from
people from that area.

年以后，也就是2022年,COUNTY不会再和采石场续约了。现在又出了至少20年的采石权
。哪里有官方文件可查啊？
