I dont know about cali, but tips are NOT usually on your paycheck. Your "
spiffs" (incentives for upselling) might or might not be. Your totals are
added up at the end of the night and that is wat is reported to the IRS. I
happen to know that alot of waiters tend to underreport their tips. There is
a "minimum" that the IRS considers to be realistic. At PFChangs you'll
recieve on the upper end of the normal 15-25% of a bill., I would report
accurately, but at LEAST 12% of your totals. | x*******e
