Hello, we are from Shanghai Biaoma Information science and technology Co.,
LTD.. Our company is developing a kind of Online Office software, similar to
Google Docs, Microsoft Office 365, IBM Doc, Cisco WebEX, Adobe Acrobat,
Zoho, Thinkfree, Kingsoft writing, etc. It is equivalent to the web version
of Word, Excel, and PPT. In the process of the development, we found that
office documents should be easily collaborated and transmitted among
different Online Office systems. Whereas, those present Online Office
systems cannot work very well on the external collaboration of documents
which give users a lot of inconvenience. So we put forward the
interoperability of Online Office (that is the collaboration of documents
among different Online Office systems), which is approved by two
international standards organization of OASIS and ISO/IEC JTC 1 / SC 34.
However, in order to make this cause come true, we must make some big Online
Office software companies such as Google Docs, Zoho, IBM Docs, Cisco WebEx,
Adobe Acobat, and ThinkFree to agree to it. So far, Microsoft Offfice 365
has already agreed to it. So, we want to unite all Online Office user on
Facebock and Twitter to put some pressure on those Online Office company so
that they can agree to this proposal. (it is a little like the unionpay
organization among all participated banks). If we become parts of this
public welfare activity, we can learn how to use social networks (a bit like
the Presidential campaign of the United States), exercise English, get some
knowledge about rules of the international activities, exercise adaptations
ability and communication ability, and learn some legal knowledge of using
open source software.
We think that the most important thing to do for now is how we propose a
request of the interoperability to those Online Office companies from the
user’s point of view. We have already made some attempts to publicize this
idea on Facebook and Twitter but, because we are not particularly familiar
with those social networks, we invite everyone to take part in it. We will
regularly organize a meeting to discuss how to use social networking to
publicize our idea. At the same time, we should make the most of social
network such as facebook, twitter, sina weibo, etc to let as many people as
possible know what we are doing.
After our voice is getting bigger, we can accept reporters to interview and
publish the relevant paper in the traditional media so that we can cause
some big company's attention. Anyway, your abilities of organization and
promotion will be exercised which is very good for your future! What do you

我们觉得，各家公司必须互联互通，相互之间应该可以很方便的传输办公文档。但目前
的网上办公系统还无法做到外部共享，给用户带来很多不便， 所以我们提出了在线办
公的互联互通(即不同网上办公系统间文件的协同编辑），这个方案，目前国际的两个

，可以学习到社交网络的使用（有点像美国总统竞选啊），锻炼英语，了解一些国际活
动的规则，锻炼变通能力和沟通交流能力,学习到在开源软件当中的一些法律知识。我
们的想法呢，目前主要的任务，还是从用户的角度，如何向现在的几家在线办公公司，
提这个互联互通的需求。我们在facebook,和twitter上面做了一些尝试，进行了一些宣
传，但是，因为我们对社交网络还不是特别熟悉。所以，邀请大家参加。 我觉得，我
们定期组织宣传讨论，如何利用社交网络来宣传推广。同时，利用facebook,twitter，
新浪微博等，想办法做宣传。在一定的规模后，可以在传统的媒体上面，接受记者采访
，发表相关的论文，引起几家大公司的注意。反正呢，组织能力，宣传能力，都会锻炼

a powerful force. It will force Web-office providers to take steps to make
the interoperability come true, which will be beneficial to everyone who are
using the Internet over the world.It will even be beneficial to next
generations of people. |
