Did you read the article in the first post?
What Comcast did was not nice, but expected.
This guy works at a firm who do accounting for Comcast,
then he (according to Comcast, although denied by him)
cited his employer when contacting Comcast.
This is a huge lapse in professional ethics and judgement,
especially for an accountant. Had the firm not fired him,
which company dire to trust this firm with their financial
information?

ago.
2. comcast sent me a letter said my service included some high speed and
they would charge me 59 starting from next month.
3. I called comcast that I didnt need their high speed, so I changed to the
basic service at that time to 49, the lowest price at that time.
4. 2 days latter, comcast sent me a letter which said the prior letter was
mistake and please discard it.
5. I called comcast asking to switch back my old contract. they said, sorry,
the 39 option was years ago and it's no longer available.
If you have any other option, don't use comcast.

的罚款。我打电话，打了N长时间，他们终于弄明白了，原来他们搞错了，应该收到了
。我以为事情就结束了。但是后来竟然收到comcast的service fee的charge。打电话过
去，原来丫的连自己study case都要我交service fee。后来又美国佬告诉我，comcast
有很多contractor. 我碰到了垃圾contractor了。 |
