NB,我平地都转不了,是不是core 太差了?

平地上主要是技巧,你多试几次就会了。可能要转很多圈才能感觉到core.我有时会边
看电视边转,连续转半个小时才略有感觉。
我的是因为站在swiss ball上才用到core 来平衡.

Core muscle 一旦伤了,疼起来就很奇怪。比如说脊柱旁边的肌肉拉伤肿起来会压神经

这么多年来我只受过一次伤,那段时间我只做swing,即能维持状态,又能让受伤部位得
到休息。因为swing是hip drive 的,要想让臀大肌受伤可不太容易。

感冒了想出去兜风散散心, 结果sport bike骑行姿势太不符合人体工学所以把腰伤了.
估计感冒好了之后恢复训练够呛...fml

on sports bike, the weight is shifted from right/left foot, often times i don't sit, i stand on the pedal instead. core has to be engaged to stabilize the bike/body an entirety... i guess.... i may have been abusing my core in the past several month....
the nasty about core injury is that it is hard to find the exact cause, and it's encompass all your important organs, so it's scary to have any pain surrounding or near those organs...
it has been 5 days since the occurence of pain in my rib(rig

two hand swing is easier on body... one arm swing/snatch pose higher stress on
torso. (common sense physics tells us that that's something unbalanced to be balanced danamically, exertion of force needed somewhere to balance the unbalanced)
i did quiete some single arm swing/snatch last week... and single arm MP, single hand push up. not sure if it contributed to the pain in my rib or not. it is even not obvious which move caused the pain. the time the pain started is moderate bicycling... but
