hard you have tried.
What you cannot use? sound or video?
What's the error message?
Have you check your device driver, is video camera installed correctly?
Have you checked the event viewer (suppose you use win2K or above)
Have you checked your windows services?
Did your peer have fast network connection too?
i cannot see an answer to any single question listed above.

发帖数: 17 | 2 Here is my experience. If you use a router, in the router configuration you
can set one ip, say 192.168.0.5 in the DMZ. Your PC should has the same
static IP. Probably you need to reset your router. NOw your PC is exposed to
the internet without firewall. video conferencing should work at least in
your end. I used netmeeting.
You also have to make sure your party is not behind any firewall either. If he
uses diaup under XP, the dialup connection by default is firewalled. But it
