controller where all active directory information within this domain is saved
on. Domain controller usually is the first computer that you create the
domain.
now. when you want to retire an old domain, the order of the installation
should be: retire all other computers from the domain (by join in another
domain); then last retire the domain controller by using command "dcpromo".
